Since its early days, Northeast Seattle neighborhoods have been known to be quiet, unique spaces personal to their inhabitants. You’ll find Cape Cod style homes in Wedgwood, as well as Seattle bungalows, Tudoresque style houses, and Craftsman homes and townhomes in Maple Leaf, and then one-of-a-kind bungalows, mansions, cottages, and more in Ravenna.

Where the region’s founding settler, Charles E. Thorpe, left the area because it was becoming ‘too urban’ and busy, Northeast Seattle as settled down to be a quiet inter-urban area of residential neighborhoods, shopping, and plenty of parks and green spaces.

Set only a few miles from Downtown Seattle, Northeast Seattle is a wonderful neighborhood in which to live, play, and visit.
